Program Objective
Maharashtra's GDP contribution is the largest in the country. It accounts for around 14% of the Indian economy. The state has the highest number of registered start-ups as well as MSMEs (18%) in the country and is looking for a skilled workforce. On the other hand, the youth of Maharashtra are searching for jobs. Through CMYKPY, the Government of Maharashtra aims to bridge this gap by connecting unemployed youths to the industry where they can learn on the job and be ready for full-time employment.

Registration Process
Applications for the scheme can be filled online through the portal. For this, the following procedure is prescribed.
Establishment Registration
Click on 'Establishment Registration' on CMYKPY portal.
Enter the information of the authorized person.
Enter GSTIN (if applicable) after self-declaration.
Enter the mandatory information, upload required document to submit the application.
Get OTP on your email address to validate.
You will automatically be logged in. You will need to use the same email ID to log in every time.
Enter basic information about the organization.
Once your profile is approved you can add open positions.
Youth Registration
Click on 'Candidate Registration' on CMYKPY portal.
Read the necessary documents related to eligibility carefully.
Enter the registered adhar number & verify the OTP sent phone.
Post validation enter your basis details & verify OTP sent on email.
You will automatically be logged in. You need to use the same email ID to log in every time.
Enter your educational qualification and attach relevant documents.
Vacancies will be displayed to you. You can filter them and apply for same.

Eligibility
Location: Operating in Maharashtra.
Type: Private, government, semi-government, cooperatives, NGO, startup, SMEs, and Section 8 companies.
Registration: Need to register on the Mahaswayam Portal.
Operation Duration: At least three years.
Compliance: Registered EPF, ESIC, GST, Certificate of Incorporation, DPIT, and Industry Aadhaar.
Workforce: Employing at least 20 people.
